Danvalm Care provides efficient home care services, supported living and live-in care services covering the West Midlands. We offer Housing and Support Services to vulnerable Young People, male or female aged between 16-18.
Danvalm Care is very keen to ensure that the atmosphere of the supported accommodation is as close to being a family home as possible i.e. relaxed, homely, secure and a place young people under our care would to want to return to and a place to be safe.
To provide a warm, safe and caring environment for young people who are leaving residential or foster care for semi-independence, as well as unaccompanied minors, where they can be supported and encouraged to develop their skills towards independence and to grow and develop into young adults.

We offer move-on services
We offer move-on services to help residents find and maintain their own independent accommodation, as well as floating support or community outreach services where we provide one-to-one or group support to young people in the community (who don’t live in our properties).
We ensure high quality yet cost-effective services delivered around the needs of the young person.
We promote and maintain positive relationships that benefits the young person and enable them to develop their identity, self-respect, and care for their own well-being.
We enable the young person to develop skills to communicate and interact with others and to integrate and contribute to the community in a positive manner.

We assist in developing and implementing person centred pathway support packages for the young people in the service.
We work in partnership with parents, relevant adults, education, health, and other professionals to ensure the young person is enabled to maximise their potential.
